$5 solution to $200 problem Cat conv

Join me as I experiment with $5 spark plug non-foulers to see if they can trick the computer into thinking a failing catalytic converter ($200) is in fact working correctly. Check your local laws before messing with your emissions system. I have already replaced the catalytic converter on this vehicle but it provided an opportunity to test this theory. This was not something I dreamed up. Below are a couple of links where I found this trick:
