Default HELP WITH A DECISION!

Ok Guys, I have come across a problem. I know I just got my 1979 Mustang, but it needs a lot of Interior work, which will cost me a ton of money, that I dont have. I was offered by the guy I bought the car from, He will trade me a 240SX (great condition), and he will pay me equal cash amount for each performance part I have already put into the mustang. So Im looking to trade the Mustang, and end up getting the 240SX, and about 3 Grand in cash... what do you guys think?

Don't trade the Mustang...you're on the right track. There's only one 240 that I know of that's fast and it was in pieces last I heard...might be fixed by now.

What kind of shape are each car in? Miles on the 240? I definitely like the 240 better but you will have to get some forced induction for it to be very fast.

Surely you're joking

I'm not blazing 400 horsepower but I could stomp this guy's Mustang.

Joking? Not at all. I would hope you could stomp a stock Mustang. But "Fast" is relative so I stand by my statement 'cause you can't stomp me. Like I said, he's on the right track. If he did the same things to that Mustang as you have done to your 240, you would be toast...and so would I.

Remember...the world according to the drag racer..."He who beats me is FAST. He who loses to me is SLOW"
