Default Need custom fasteners made.

Anyone know of a place around town or maby online that makes custom fasteners? Most of the places I see online are only bulk orders. I've also tried Fastenal locally and they were no help. Basically I need (4) 71/2"L x M10 x Fine thread 21/2" Pitch depth, Hex cap, Grade 8 or 10.

I can't read this. You want an M10, and I'm guessing 7.5" long? You're going to need a length in mm. You'll also likely want to specify the thread pitch. What is pitch depth? I think you said 2.5 inches, which will also need to be in mm, so I assume you mean the threaded length, leaving a 5" shank?

Here's a M10x1.5 x 190. According to their standard, it looks like the threaded length is only going to be 1.25", not the 2.5 you asked for, however, you can probably have them just run a die down it to thread another 1.25" of the shank, or do the same thing locally if they won't do it.

Metric hex bolts, Metric standard bolts, Stainless A-2 (18-
Once you run a die down it there goes your Grade rating...

Fasteners are rolled threads for a reason

^I'm aware, but the cut threads are only going to be half of the length. Depending on his application, that may not hurt. Besides that, locally custom made fasteners would have likely been machined anyways.

You could try this place:
