I don't have x-ray vision to see the tail lights, but from the front all I see is a splitter and ground effects and a non-ricey tail.
If he's actually trying to track that thing they are legit mods. I prefer a more subdued look, but my criticisms are reserved for things like fucked up camber, bad wheel offsets, tire stretching, crazy-non fuctional wings, hideous body kits and other various fucked up shit that kids do for looks and does nothing for the performance of the car besides parking it hardcord style.
