Vtec Prelude how fast??

How fast is a 97 vtec prelude 5spd, with intake and exaust? My friend wants me to race one.

its a prelude...they are slow because they are wayyyyyyy too heavy

well i have seen plenty of different preludes at sunshine and none of them have broken into the 9's yet ,and that is with like every bolt on by the ay cuz i have asked em all and a couple of my friends have ludes', i kno their might be some fast ludes out there but from what i have seen there arent
