I need a garage for my car so ive been looking at new places to live that are still close to school and work. Its the Tampa Palms almost to the I75 on ramps on bruce b downs. Ill be living with 2 of my lady friends to split rent. They are the only people I know who want this place as bad as I do and have steady incomes. Right now my car is staying in a covered carport. And I have turned my walk in closet into a tool shed. I cant really work on my car in the car port for a few reasons... Mainly because its on an incline and i cant leave my tools set out there after working on it.... Plus rent is cheaper by rooming with 2 others.
The land lady said she would give me a garage for no charge ever. Plus 90 bucks off each months rent. Rent comes to 365 a month but 450 or so after utility and cable bills. I pay 545 now.
Im getting the master bedroom too. Its pretty big.. but the bath room is as big as it is! Im stoked

 

badass! is that 450/mo after it being split? i am going to be looking for a house in the next few months and a garage is one of my top priorities when looking. hope it works out for ya.

Madjetta i forget the name actually.. its about the 3rd apartment complex on the left after bristol aparments. Its next to the golds gym and the new red lobster and olive garden being built there.
Yep 450 is about what each of us will be paying. I might rent furniture for another 50 bucks a month or so. I might buy some??..?? They have a bad ass golf cart too. When the lady asked me what it would take to get us to move in I told her give up the golf cart and its a deal :evil5: Thats when she offerd the free garage and discounted rent :evildeal:.. The garage was 120 extra a month (that was making me nervous)

I rented one of my parents place in Ohio for a year. It had a 4 car garage and 5 car ports !! Had tons of tools in there. The garage was bigger than the house.. Does that mean we are serious car buffs? It was too hard to take care of though with school and work...
But having a garage is important.. So much easier to work on your car then.
