I seen that type R race @ sunshine he ran like 10s and high 9s I was like wtf I heard turbo come on now?

shit in the quarter ive done a best of 13.57 and my 8th mile time was 8.953 but then again i was spinning

the guy i gave a ride to get gas for his car on friday night said he knows the guy in lakeland with the type R turbo. he was telling me how they finally got it tuned and it supposedly runs better. i told him to get him to come out with us on friday nights in lakeland to meet us.

of course i was more interested in his dads 9 second 2.6L starion powered toyota chassis car hehe. he showed me pix in the wallet. kick ass !

Just putting a turbo on one doesnt make it fast...it takes good tuning the get the car running right!

He was there again last night running low 9s. Hell I guess you would have to have awd to get traction at Lakeland. I know I spin like hell there. I was running mid-low 9s in my Si.

I never go out there anymore. That track is a joke. They never prep the track and having to wait for people in 4-wheelers to run just kills me.

On a side note Ive never seen a civic out there run mid-to-low 9s. Have I seen your car before?
