Crower Cams

Ok...so I stumbled accross this group buy on FocalJet for Stage 2 Crower cams for the Focus. $280 for both cams (which is a damn good price) and $170 for springs and titanium retainers.

Duration @ .50: 220/228
Gross lift: .371/.374
I know Crower has a bad rep with the Honda folks but so far with the Zetec market they have had no problems. I think I will be getting adjustable cam gears for x-mas and I figure why not install cams at the same time. How neccessary would you think installing the springs would be?

Those are awesome prices id say jump on it. As far as Honda cams go they make awesome power for what I heard its just the durability of the cam itself. And again its been a problem on VTEC motors only. Get them man i mean $280.00 for both cams are awesome.

The first guy to run these cams has had them for about a year now. THere have been a few others that have been running them for 6months or less. No complaints only positive feedback.
The guy that has had them for a year was the first non-parts manufacturer to get a full-weight N/A car to run a 14.5. I know 14.5 is nothing to brag about. Foci run about a 16.6-17 stock but all this guy has is cams adjustable cam gears custom 4-2-1 header larger MAF exhaust and a chip...that isnt too bad at all.
