Im pretty sure you dont have to pay the unmaned change ones. Least I never did... when I was in my mom's car. But she told it was fine any way seeing as they cant expect people to pay those when all the other ones are maned and take cash.

That and she has the plate blocker dealie thing.

He didn't have the correct change and there was no one there to give him money back. So he had to go through it.

I did it countless times in one day in Orlando because there wasn't anyone at any of them. No fines.

They sent a letter with a picture of the van and said don't do it again! lol

 

I did that once. It was exact change only and I didnt have 50 cents. There was a bunch of people waiting behind me (it was an exit) so I got out of the car and stuffed a dollar bill in there. After seeing a thread like this a long time ago, I was hoping for a check in the mail for the 50 cents more I paid

Maybe they kept it because I'm pretty sure I clogged the hole for the coins!

Next time you go through a toll both ask for a receipt , it says right on the back that if you dont pay the toll that no actions will be taken against you.

 

... they allow you three run throughs a month! My sister runs them all the time, and she gets fines in the mail a lot lol, but she runs like ten of them a month. lol, shes nuts. The fines say though that your allowed to go through 3.
