Wheel offset
Does anybody know if it is possible to shave an offset from a wheel? I am planning on buying some other volks that are +35 offset which is too aggressive for my Legacy, I need more like +45. Will a machine shop take care of this? Has anybody had it done?

it's probably not worth the hassle. i would see if i could find the same rims in a higher offset instead of trying to machine them. you could possibly use the +35's and camber/stretch tire if you really want those rims, but in the end it's your call.

machining them would cost more than getting a completely new set with the correct offset.
Why the hell would anyone want to mess up some pretty Volk wheels?????
THINK THINK gosh
