Default "Safe Driver" Stamp on my Drivers liscense

I noticed that a few of my friends don't have that stamped on theirs. What exactly is it, and how did I get it on there?

Its means you have no wrecks or traffic violations and it makes your insurance less... Nothing big though..

that's not true. I know plenty of people that have had small accidents and normal traffic violations that still have "safe driver''..
it gets taken away when your license does. i.e. too many points, dui, street racing, etc.
