I went to download the firmware from 1.2-4.0 from GTECH like it says for the RR model also but when i did, My GTECH now says it is unable to function do to wrong firmware update. Does anyone have a fix for this?

 

Call them up? Not being a smartass, just saying they probably have a real quick solution for you.

 

Are you sure you downloaded the correct firmware? they have a few different model GTECHs and they dont use the same stuff. sounds like your going to have to send it back to them so they can reformat it.

 

ya im sure i downloaded the right firmware, but im calling them now. Just sucked ass cause i had a great run last night at the cause way got my full hp out of my motor. GM shift times do mean something. They say shift at 5500 im shifting at 5500.

 

Called GTECH they said it should not have happened with the RR but now I gotta pay 100bucks to get it reformatted and ship it to cali

 

will it let you try a firmware push again?
