Ebay CATALYTIC Converter works??

I mean 30 bucks shipped is a good deal
high flow.. T304 stainless steel design..
not really care about the hp gains..
but just wonder if it really does the job??
anyone bought this from ebay??

Chances are that it is just a test pipe. It is just a hollow pipe. It's probably going to be loud, as it has no resonating material in it.

i was afraid of that..cause thats what i thought too
havent bought it yet..but anyone who has bought the same
thing..is it really loud?cause i am running stock muffler
