My Sebring Pix

Here is every picture I took on Wednesday:

First is my home for the half-week, flattened by Thursday's storm (68mph gusts of wind!). 4 of the 8 loops came off the stakes, and the tent collapsed. In spite of how windy it was, the tent was still where I staked it and still had the rainfly attached. Almost everything inside it was drenched (sleeping bag, pillow & pillowcase, clothes). I went to a laundromat that night and dried my clothes, slept in the bed of my "neighbor's" F150 (had a cap), then set my tent back up and let it dry out after Friday's rain. Slept in the tent Fri & Sat night.

It's a DNS issue. I use a dynamic DNS type service and my IP changed over the weekend. Give it some time. I'm finding that it works on some computers, and not others. It doesn't work for my home computer but it works from work.

I have almost 5000 photos and a fast internet connection.

It is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH easier (and faster) for me to just copy the files over my internal network than it is to upload them through a web interface.

I run the server for those pictures from home via a linux machine (which doubles as a router/firewall). When I first started hosting the images there was no good place to host images, so I hosted them myself.

Also, I am hosting html along with the images.
