shortening wheel width

I've read about Supra owners widening their stock wheels to fit wider tires but does anyone know where to get a 22 inch wheel shortened to fit a smaller tire?

No I mean like shortening it so you can fit a 265/22 instead of a 295/22 the reason why is because when I turn it rubs the inside fenderwell.

yes you can cut a wheel to shorten it

you don't need to shorten it, it'll just stretch, you might have to get a higher sidewall to stretch far enough, it'll be a bitch in the rain and you'll have very little protection on the rim of the wheel
