Default ***HELP***!! HID problem

Okay so i just finished installing my HID's i bought. 12000k well . Im disappointed, My left side when i turn my lights on stays on for about 10-30 secs then blinks then automatically like shuts off. Im thinking its the ground wires that i didnt put them in hard enough.. Im hoping thats it. Any help plz help thnx

1st question - Why the Hell would you get 12000k xenons?
2nd question - is this an ebay kit put into normal halogen housings rather than a projector retrofit?

Check your wiring and see where the weakness is. Buy a nice multimeter and test all the leads.

its 8000k the seller said 12000k.. -.- so i tried testing the bulb buy puttin the ground and the other cable directly to the battery to see if it would turn on but it doesnt .. i ruled out the ballast becuz it still sparks.. -.-

I have a multimeter to check if the bulb is truely bad.
No charge for the test.-Bob
