My super 60 turbo was rated at 23lbs of boost before it maxes out and loses effiency. You are correct though I should look at going bigger, that will be my next project after I see how this new motor breaks in.

what kinda management is available for hyundais? besides s-afc/wideband rigging, or full standalone? is there any type of hyundai specific ROM chips or systems?

right now I have a Turbo ECU which is a reprogrammed version from Korea which is being on my setup. Its preset for 400cc injectors however im using 440cc and there are minor differences to the base setup they intended it for, so an SAFC2 was a must. However, because I lack timing control (besides my MSD-DIS2) I plan on going to a PRS standalone after my setup breaks in.

keep us updated on your progress man, i'm extremely interested in this one. i'd like to do a little project with my elantra once i've killed the warranty, but in all honesty the weight of the fucking thing is going to be my biggest deterrent. we shall see. looks good though, best of luck to you.

, lets just say i was able to keep up with a Mitsu. Evo (bare in my mind he did launch faster then me, but when the boost kicked in, I came screaming to his side). We both were dead even, and I was starting to out pull him before we had to stop because of on-coming traffic, so just imagine what this new addition is gona do. Im really excitied about this new motor! I will deffinately post video's, pics, and dyno numbers!

My ROSS Forged pistons arrived today!!!!!!!!! My block already has the crank in, just awaiting the pistons/rods to be added in, then the ported head will be added and my old motor will be lifted out of the tiburon and the new motor will be transfered in! NEXT WEEK is launch week!
