Default Thank You...

I big thank you goes out to the GCC crowd. Over the past 2 months, I have contimplated different cars, from G35's to M5's. I asked your opinions, talked with owners of these style cars, and put alot of thought into what my life's goals are. Without everbodies inputs, I would have been lost.

Unfortunately, I did not get a BMW. MOstly for long term maintanence reasons. Here is what I did end up with:

2003 Toyota 4runner

I am keeping my 1992 240sx as a 'Track car'
And we are currently in the market for 2 used waverunners.

Okay....now onto finding them damn waverunners!

I said out loud when I saw the picture "oh my goooood" in a really horrified, disappointed way. Then I saw you kept the 240.

+1 brotha, good choice.

Nice choice. I don't think you would have been the same without your "Track Car."

No V8? V6 that has 5 more HP (although less torque) that doesnt get as good mileage as the V8?

Smart move. I'd say they are the best looking SUVs ever ( ) and you should be very happy with it! Dont leave anywhere without an intake and exhaust though.

Charles, good choice!

v8 has less hp but peak hp is at a lower rpm. 320 pound feet of tq is where it's at.

Between the V8 and V6, I chose the V6 (mainly becuase I didn't have many to choose from @ that price point), but also becuase MAX towing capacity is 5000lbs on both. The 2005 V8 increases Towing capacity to 7000lbs, but I couldn't afford a new 4runner since I am getting jetski's. V8 torque would have been nice though, but this will do (as long as it can tow my 240 to Atlanta and back).
