Thanks everyone.

With all this talk of how light my car is, you'd think people would realize that I'm a fat ass and I make up for it all!

limegreenneon, I remember you. You moved after a couple passes. Did we stink?

my buddy and I arent planning on going as extreme in teh weight reduction area, we're just going to use a larger turbo to make more power to make up for the extra weight. we're not trying to prove anything with my car, just to have a fun weekend car, etc.

well its not so much the weight reduction, as it is the traction.

though for me, you'd have to change it to 10 inches, and you'd have to change inches to millimeters, and you'd have to change 10 to 5 and you'd have to change dick to poor excuse for one.

agreed. slicks will be in the equation when we decide to go to the track, but the car will mostly be a roll race car, etc. when it's done im sure everyone will get a kick out of it.

Kenny, I missed your question earlier.

I'm running stock shocks all around with a set of 4 "eBay" coil overs. Similar to ground controls, but for $40. Other traction mods include 24.5 x 8 x 15 M&H slicks and a really nice stock open differential that came with the tranny from a junkyard.

All good for 1.6 sec. 60' times.
