Lightbulb Cleanin Turbos

ANyone know a shop where they can clean couple turbos a bit? My friend has a turbo with slight rust on it and wants to get that rust and clean it up a bit to make it look like new. :bbb:

aren't most turbos aluminum? or are the stock ones differenet materials?

If you take the turbo apart I can glass bead blast the housings and get the rust off them. you will want to use some high temp paint on it afterwards but that will burn off eventually anyway.
