I just put that stuff in my truck and I dropped 20 degres block temperature via an infrared temp guage. this stuff kicks ass

I also used the amsoil engine flush and my cam shafts and everything a little clearn also good stuff

nothing but amsoil for me :D

anybody else get these kicks from changing oil?? :D :lol: :lol:

only negative thing was after filter and oil it was about 60 dollars for an oil change

So amsoil dropped your block temp 20 degrees huh? I'd like to see the scientific proccess you used to gather that info.

Hitting your block with an infrared isnt going to tell you shit. We have one at work and as handy as it is, it's not accurate at all..but if you buy the story, hats off to you.



Now if you want to mount a thermo somewhere internally in the block, do the exact same warmup proceedure in the exact same ambient temperature with both oils, you might have something to go with.

I wasn't trying to do anything accurate. I shot it in serveral locations and took an average also. I also did the same drive to school in the morning which I belive now is what 70 degress or so. and I just finished the test this morning

and they say my gun is accurate within in +- 1 degree but if it was up to me I would of rather used a contact probe due to any debrie that would of be interferring with my laser feedback

No because you do not have to change it every 3k you can go 9,000 to 18,000 depending on your driving habits.

true.

actually they recommend 25k but I think that is pushing it
