yea.. the paint thinner did absolutely nothing to it... it's still in full effect on it... is it hard to wet-sand? never done it before... and what is required... I also heard that Carb. Cleaner will take it off definitely, heard that it has worked on other peoples mufflers before... but wasn't sure if anybody else had experience with using carb cleaner before i go out and buy a bottle of it... thanks!!!
Carb cleaner is strong as well and might do the trick ... wet sand is just a piece of sand paper and water that you smoothly rub over the areas you want to be bare.
Wetsanding paper is always black, and I'd use around 800-1000 grit paper and a $3 small tub of aluminum polish.

Airplane Paint Stripper works like a fucking charm!!! i sprayed it on and the paint was falling off in minutes... and it doesn't damage the metal at all... i also bought a polisher as well.. and polished the stainless steel up after taking the paint off... made it shine like a mirror!!! I LOVE IT!!!
