Has anyone here gone to it or even heard of experiences of it. Ive have heard good and bad things about it but i havent heard people that has finished the course. Iam considering going to it but dont know if it is worth it. Is there a good job for working on cars anymore. Everyone ive talked to said there is no future working on cars. I really dont know anyone that makes lots money working on cars unless they own there own business. Any info or comments would be appreciated

 

good mechanics are always needed, i dont know about the $$$ u can make though

 

There is a reason I treat turning wrenches as my back up profession.

It saves me from having to earn less than $17 an hour, but I have become too dependent on needing over $25 an hour to be comfortable.

While there are a handful of mechanical jobs out there I would concider working at out there, doing general repair and maintenance work in a non air conditioned shop is not easy, clean or anything that will make you rich.

At the same time you will never have a hard time finding work if you are good and have experience either.

 

i went to wyotech, it is a good school but like any school you will get out of it what you put into it. The olny advice i have is if you can afford it don't stay in school housing, it sucks balls

Don't forget that in addition to your education AND experience you also need thousands of dollars worth of tools to even start.

If you pick up a lot of used tools and hand be downs you might be able to get started for only several hundred dollars worth of tools.
