Then let me know if you can come out and diagnose the problem, and then depending on what it is, help me fix it. I will pay if it's reasonable, either way, I'll pay you a fee to spend some time diagnosing... I need someone reliable, who I can also count on to help me do future work on this car.

Well, my buddy (not me) diagnosed the problem/problems. He (topleadsbiz) replaced the parts (IAC and coil) and it was acting fine initially....Then he drove it across CCC and it started doing something new....The speedo cable started clicking like mad, and odd noises from the motor.
