FS/FT: 96 Cobra

Exterior:
Paint is a 6 out of 10. A few rock nics in the front. A few door dings on the passenger side. Front bumper is starting to fade a little. The wing has lost it's "bright" shine. From 10' you can't tell, but when you nit-pick like I do, you'll see all of the little nics. The hood, roof, sides all shine very well for 10 year old paint. New 17" Cobra R rims, but someone just stole the center caps. They look great except one little nic on each one where they used a flathead to pop off the cap. Tires - 555 Nittos - are 80% w/ 255x45 up front (Extreme ZR) and 275x45 out back (Drag Radial).
Interior:
Back seats look great. Driver seat is cracked, no rips - but the stitching is coming undone a little in about a 2" space - not seperated yet. Pass. seat looks pretty good. No rips or tears. Original cobra floor mats. Carpet is good. Stock stereo.
Motor:
6k miles on a new crate motor from Ford. Old motor was ruined by a shop that put the long tubes on, so it had to be replaced. Receipt included w/warranty info. Underdrive pulleys. C&L metal cai w/filter.
Driveline:
Rebuilt T-45 w/Steeda Triax shifter. Receipt included. Rebuilt rear w/3.73s.
Exhaust:
Long tubes w/ Bassani cat back (muffler, x-pipe, 3" tips).
Brakes:
upgraded 99 calipers on all 4, and new slotted rotors on all 4
Etc:
pw, pl, cc, fluidyne radiator
My thoughts:
I really like the car. If I were to keep it, I'd probably take the pulleys off to let the a/c work a little better. It works fine now, if you're cruising down the highway but in the city it's a little weak (as compared to my wife's 05 Titan). Also, I'd get it painted and the dings taken out. The motor, tranny and rear are virtually new and it probably puts off about 300rwhp, so it's fun to drive and sounds nice.
Why am I selling/trading:
New job requires me to drive all over Florida. I thought this would be a fun way to do so, but I need something that seats 4.
Possible trades:
97-99 Tahoe, 4 door truck, sportier 4 door car (Acura 3.2TL, Audi A4, maybe an Accord etc)
Must have title (and/or +cash) in hand.
If you're going to offer a trade, don't just say "I have a truck, wanna trade?" I need a full description w/ pics like I've provided.
