Probably be the usual crew that helps me out. Dave and Jomar to the rescue. They said the install on the AJE goes very smoothly. Fit and finish is about perfect from everyone I spoke to. I'll let you know after the install, i'm sure the coilovers will eat up some time.
How do I get myself into these situations

Oh well, you can be the guinea pig and if we fuck up your car we'll know what not to do when we do my k-member

I just installed the same set-up on my 99 Monday, only took about an hour and a half, all I can say is that AJE shit fits absolutely perfect, no issues with anything except the fact that it took 2 months to get from the time I ordered until the time it showed up, but it was worth the wait. I've done a Griggs before and it took the whole weekend because nothing fit right, don't know about the MM, but I've heard about fit issues with the QA1 and D&D.

I have a lift at my shop so basically I just put a tranny jack under the motor with a piece of wood "4x4" going from the tranny to the oil pan, the hardest part was dropping the old k member down, damn that thing is alot heavier than it looks, only thing i did different from what your getting is i used HAL coil overs with the stock spindles, i found that the new ball joint was a little too long for the stock spindle but that only took an extra washer to fix. I'll take some pictures friday or if you want to stop by and take a look my shop is inbetween Tampa and Brandon. Speaking of UPR being cheap, when we tried to put Scotts new upper control arms on they wouldnt even fit over the housing bushings, talk about poor quality control. :o After you get the new K in, its hard to remember how you ever worked on the car before without one, its like moving out of a doghouse into a castle with all the new room you'll have.
