Default 02 v6 swap? what the best bang for the buck

so im going to look at a 2002 v6 mustang, its a 5 speed car, and looks clean from what i can tell. but it needs a motor. my question is whats the best bang for the buck when it comes to swaping the car? i already got to put a motor in and so why not do something cool?

so some of the motors im thing are, mkviii swap or maybe a regular 2v 4.6, or maybe even a ls1. i know i want to stay fuel inj, and kinda want a/c if posible. but just looking for some advice to what some of yall think.

I'm going the LSX swap in my coupe also. Which engine I end up with all depends on what I can find with the money I have at the time I'm ready to buy. I really wanna do a carbed LQ9/T56 but also been leaning toward TH350 since I already have a rebuilt one with 0 miles.
