Is the rear plug stripped or is the pan leaking around the plug?
If you're doing an oil change on the car the front and rear plugs should have the same thread sizes.
If the rear plug is leaking (and not stripped or cross-threaded) you can just replace the nylon gasket between the pan and the plug if it is worn. Napa carries the nylon gaskets.
Be careful when buying replacement "parts store" oil pan plugs. The O.E. plugs are designed to strip threads on the plug instead of stripping the oil pan threads. After-market plugs can strip the oil pan threads if you tighten them too much too many times.
