Well bored and the boards are alittle slow so Ill post this question. Doing 7k rpm clutch dumps on 26x10s will the input shaft hold up? If not what about preloading the clutch then coming out at 7k? Thanks. -Mark

The U-joint may go but I would have to say the rear end would go for sure if you have a live axle. The input shaft will not last long but will take some abuse.

I definetly see a u-joint going or a clutch going thru the floorboard of the car

Sure hope you get an SFI setup with a scattershield

My uncle in his 93 5.0 had the clutch come through the floorboard doing dangerouse clutch dumps!! Definatly get a scatter sheild to be safe!

Well I will have a rear that wont go south. I have a alum driveshaft now. I have a aftermarket clutch that (I hope) wont go south. But How much is a scattershield anyway? -Mark
