Well ur down to 2 options then. Shorty's or equal length shorty's. The equal length shorty's will net the most power gain but are a bitch to install! I have a 97 2v on my rack right now doing a set of bbk equal length shortys and man are they a bitch lol. What brand is the x pipe?

Well imo u can never go wrong with bbk. I have installed a lot of their headers. They always fit and very very seldom have leak issues. I know bassani makes a mid length for that car but I am not shure about a shorty heaer.
