Default Ground up rebuild, help needed...

Hey guys, its been a long time since ive posted in here, lol.

I have a 1995 Thunderbird LX i have had for about 4 years now. The car has sentimentel value, alot of it, and i refuse to sell it. Unfortunately, she has been sitting for about ten months now.
I am leaving for the Army mid to late June, and will be selling my civic , cause theres no use in me keeping both.
My TBird has 3.73 gears, a whole shit ton of bolt ons, a rebuilt/built 4r70w, the 4.6, its lowered, and it has an aluminum driveshaft.
I am trying to find someone that can and will do a majority of the mechanical work. I greatly prefer a shop.
The rear suspension needs redone, as does the front. It needs a paint job (a good one), need some rim recomendations as well.
Anyone have any ideas?
I was even thinking about getting an all new motor to slap in it, like a PI 4.6. Help me out guys...
rep...
