Looks pretty good, I could not get past page one without the page timing out so I am not sure if any of these questions were answered.
What kind of intercooler ? Bar and plate or tube and fin ?
What size and kind BOV and wastegate ?
What size is the piping ?
A 70mm would be good to 650-700 rwhp on a smaller motor.
Looks pretty clean to me. But personally I am not a fan of the turbo kits that pipes the hot side down one row of headers. I like the turbo in the front away from the heads. With this type of set-up servicing that side of the motor is a bitch.
Hope that helps.

Your right on the hot side, changing those plugs would be a major pain!! Cold piping is 3" from Inter. to TB, 2.5" elsewhere.
What would a pieced kit run, (ebay or B&G, etc hotside?) Or maybe a Coastal custom kit? Wanna lay down around 650-700 with room to grow with a 357-408 based motor.
Thanks

Sorry for the long delay, I was on vacation last week plus a bad monitor.
On a 408 you could slap a 63-70mm turbo on and get what you want easily. One big wastgate and bov is all you will need. A big bar and plate a-a intercooler will work well too.
You will have to talk to Sam on the kit price because it is going to depend on a lot of things and how you want to do it.
I pieced my whole thing together then took it to TJ and Sam to mock it up. I really like how it came out and I have not had any of the bugs I read about like the kits.
Let me know if you want any help piecing it together. I guarantee you will be happier with it in the end and it will be cheaper.

76mm would work great but if he is looking to be in the 650 - 750 range something smaller in the 63-70 range will spool up quicker and will be in its top end of the efficiencies range. A 76 would go easily above his target with a 408.
