Default irregular idle in '87 5.0

When I started my car up this morning it had a weird idle. The idle wouldn't be constant and it was idleing REALLY high.. like 1500rpm...

so it goes down a little after a while and then I start driving it.. and when I would shift gears the rpm would go way high like 500-1000rpm more than what it was running in gear...

but to my confusion it all went away after the engine warmed up and it was a lot better after I shut the car off at the stop light..

I am either thinking it is something wrong with the computer or maybe a stuck throttle...

Any opininons?
