Ok, a 331, fox lake heads, holley intake...P1SC @8lbs and it manages a whopping 400 to the wheels? That engine should be close to that without the blower.

The blower is not even on the car? And it needs a rebuild.

with 8lbs of boost on stock tires (spinning in 3rd gear) it ran a 12.68 @ 119 UNTUNED and made 400rwhp (dyno sheet available

It should be only around 310 to the wheels... You have to figure he only has 8.5 CR also...
