14 views and no one has any suggestions for good trannys and clutches to hold 400whp?would like personal experiences.. I can search the net and find stuff that im looking for but I wanna hear it personally... thanks ford guys your alot of help

i would use a c4 with red alto clutches.

It's a good street/strip clutch. I have a stage 3 and it's alot like a light switch either on or off. But it grabs hard. If you want reliability and a good drag race tranny get a TKO. Or a t-56 if you want more of a auto x/street tranny. The ratios in a TKO 500/600 are geared steeper. Either one of those can handle 400rwhp easily. -Mark
