2.3 turbo blowing oil out dip stick

I have an 88 merkur I just added big vam turbo coupe intercooler 3 inch exhaust ported exhaust manifold and svo pe ecu. I had the boost set at 20 # all was fine at first then it started blowing the dip stick up and blowing oil out of it. it did not do this at first. I remove oil cap while running and no blow by. the motor is fairly new ,good compression. will a fucked up pcv valve cause this I bought a new one at advance but I could blow through it both ways so I did not install it. I turned it down to 15# and it is still doing it but not as bad. also it does not want to idle when cold now,I have to start it 3 or 4 times or keep giving it gas to keep it running when cold.seems like both problems started at the same time any ideas ???

I think the PCV valve for the turbo cars is different and it sounds like that's what you need. I didn't run shit on mine, a small filter on the valve cover nipple and just the hose coming out of the crank case breather box. It makes it real easy to see when you blew a head gasket because that big hose would have steam coming out of it :D

You have getting alot of blow by and the PCV closes on boost. You need to vent the valve cover. Simple as that.
