Default what color is tach wire??

I have a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII LSC with the 5.0 HO. I am trying to add a shift light and can't find the tach signal wire. Anyone know where I can pull a signal from without tearing out the dash???

Hey another LSC here. I have a 91 with a 5spd. Fordvschevy is a good LSC forum also for specific Lincoln stuff.

tried the green wire and nothing happened. Might be the shift-lite. I'll try another bulb
