question about wheel offset/ width.

does anyone know what the offset on grand marquis/mark iv wheels are?
and width?

if they are prior to 03 then they are 23 or 24mm of offset

*edut* BTW those are the early 90'2 thru 01 LX Sport wheels and IIRC they are 16 x 7
