Why do you have the shifter mounted on the right side of the base Donnie? Makes it a lot closer to you if you mount it on the left side.

It was a hurst and yeah Vince, I know. I remember us talking about it awhile ago, but i never got around to changing it. Guess its partly my fault. Oh well, live and learn
Im gonna go down to Blue oval or something and see what kind of shift handles they have and which one i like the best. I figure if im going to buy a new one, might as well get the one which I like the best.

My shift handle is actually a stock one. It just has pro 5.0 solid bushings and has been shaved of an inch of thread. Works great, incredibly comfortable and perfect location.
