Default 2 Angle Valve Grind =)

These are my first couple that turned out decent. I get alot of used valves, most of them are bent so they don't come out well. But here's some pictures of a nice 2 angle job I did

I can do 3 angle, but flow wise you won't notice a difference from what I've been told. My teacher runs 2 angle valves in his circle track race car. And yes at the moment I'm using the school machine until I learn how to do them well, then I will be getting my own. They run about $5k for a good one though so I'm saving up my pennies all summer despite the ongoing escort turbo project I want to finish

I go to Traviss Tech, but it's not for performance. It's just for automotive service technology. I'm just interested in automotive performance more so than anyone out there, so anything performance I ask tons of questions about. Like the valve machine, it's been sitting there since the beginning of the year and some of the second year students didn't even know it was there last year .

Virginia College and UTI are both great engine performance colleges.

Virginia College has a campus in Tall., FL . They do chassis fabrication and hot rod engine building old school style, also custom seat fabricating and painting. :o

UTI has a NASCAR program as well as a couple of engine performance basic programs.
