Cross drilled rotors?
I got the Ford Racing Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotors from Need-4-Speed. This is what they look like:http://www.gefracing.com/Merchant2/m..._Code=46BRAKES

I dunno i have been hearing bad things about them like they crack alot, dont really help stop faster, and cant be cut. Everyone is telling me they are just for show.

they are for functional heat displacement if you have air channeling to them.

For regular street driving I don't think you will have any problems with Quality Built rotors (Brembo, Baer, FRPP). I have 10K hard srteet miles on mine with no noticable cracking or uneven wear. But if you plan on auto-cross or open track, i would advise against the cross-drilled rotors and go with a solid or power slot style. I plan on running my original rotors if I open track or auto cross.
