C4 question?

C4 question?
Any body ever run a c4 or know about them?The main thing is the 2/3 flair up what causes it,valve body,bands,ect.Snaps my neck 1/2 but flairs on the 2/3.Thanks for the imput.

Most of the time we see that problem associated with the valve body.

Could be a fluid pressure problem? Maybe blockage with some of the Valve Body orfaces?
