New to Tampa, not to TR

I moved down here finally, back in August.
The wife got a very good job at USF and I'm doing some contract work with TECO designing substations.
We brought the family car;
2011 Forester - 5spd manual, alloy wheel package in mariner blue
and the wifes car;
1998 Integra LS - autotragic, green w/tan interior
sadly the Miata is still up in VA.

Oh and I still wanna build one of these;

we're looking to buy a house this summer, hopefully big enough that I don't need to keep using the garage as a storage locker
probably in the Lutz-Pasco area or Brandon as the backup area
