Old Guy/New Guy

Hey All,

I used to be on here years ago; handle, MrMoSpo. I couldn't for the life of me remember my old password or the email I used back then. So it's a fresh start for me as Abaco21. ...Or Steve.

Anyhow, I'm glad to be here. I've got a '93 300ZXTT that I'm freshening up for NASA/Chinn. I'll be interested to hear who's doing what with their hotrods.

Peace,

Steve

Steve,
You had that same car back in 2013.... :)
Good to see you stopping in to check on us.

Your signature back then was:
If you don't like the way I drive...
get off the sidewalk!

The biggest improvement to Tampa Racing is that former people who used to insult Tampa Racing members,
when they had driven away enough Tampa Racing members, they left to start their own car site.

Even better news is that when they left Tampa racing, they took their butthead buddies with them.
Drama is no longer appreciated on Tampa Racing .com .

In the last year over 600+ people have joined Tampa Racing, and hundreds of non-members
are reading Tampa Racing forums every night. That can be verified by going here:
https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/forum.php
and scrolling down.

Hey there,

I got your pm and that email address explains why I couldn't recover my pw. LOL That was a long time ago. I did race karts. In fact I still have my last shifter kart in the garage. Famous? Not even close. The Stars program was started by a good friend, Bryan Herta. I sat on the board for a couple of years. That's where that email address came from.

I do work closely with several pro drivers. But for me and the beast, it's just track days. I haven't been out on the track for a couple of years. Hopefully that dry spell ends once I get the new motor broke in and tuned. :-)

I am looking forward to getting out to FIRM with this group. That place didn't exist when I was running last.

Bryan Herta is well known if I have it right. Didn't he race open wheel cars?
Name sounds familiar.

If you still have your shifter Kart, some people might enjoy seeing what one looks like.
There is no place close by to race them and lots of people here have never seen one.

You can post whatever pictures that you have in here:
