New Old Poster

Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce myself to the forum; I used to have an account here a long time ago (so long ago that I don't remember the handle or email) so I figured I'd start over.

My name is Kevin. I (just about) own a 2008 Eclipse GT with less than 50,000 miles. While it isn't exactly the most enthusiastic of enthusiast cars, it's (almost) payment free, which makes it mine. I'm looking to dip my toe back into the local car scene; I've always loved sports cars and have an appreciation towards the history of, and remorse towards the end of the personal coupe.

I'm joining the forum primarily for two reasons: I hope to find fellow enthusiasts who haven't given up on the dream of FWD performance, and I'm hoping to find local, trustworthy vendors I can use to perform work I wish to have done but can't do myself due to not having a garage (or patience, or skill). I have visions for my car (and some parts), and I'm hoping that what I learn from people here, and the connections I can make, will help me execute that vision.
