All of those issues that you bring up were discussed in a recent ADMIN/MODERATOR meeting. It was the first time we all gathered to discuss how to improve the site. There will be another meeting next month when we will solidify our ideas. Trust me we are working on making TR.COM MORE than a website.
Example: Public Access TV show coming next year as well as maybe a few events.

My job is to create a fun and interesting UBB.. The users job is to fill it with content. Plus many of the moderators and admins have future events planned.
