New guy with slow car
 

Hey all. I'm kinda new here, long time lurker, semi first time poster. My name's AJ and I live in Ft. fucking Myers. It is as boring as you may have heard. Anyway I drive a slow DSM and I need more online forums to fill my days. :D

your car looks nice and I hate DSMs with a passion. Im sure is pretty quick don't lie....

It looks ok, especially from the back. The paint is starting to oxidize on the roof and I'm tired of the smiley 95 front. At the end of the month the car will be out of the bodyshop with a fresh repaint and 97+ front end. Already got the parts, just gotta wait until the painter has the time. The car is slow, unfortunately, current best is 12.9@105. I have some mods in the works right now and hope to get in the low 12's at 110 or a lil faster sometime soon. thats pretty quick.. faster than me i do mid 13's with an all motor acura...... but anyway welcometo tr, nice car....

No. I didn't have the car that long ago. They don't exist anymore but am pretty good friends with one of the founders. Alex, RX7 guy that now drives a white civic hatch.

hahaha damn it's a small world...my buddy Jesse Scott used to hang out with Alex all the time...I've been over to Alex's plenty of time for some proper beer disposal....next time you see him ask him if he remembers jesse and his fat-ass friend andy (me) with a black trans am.
