Hey Bob,
Spoke with Lori Ann at Winn Dixie yesterday and reminded her that we will return Sept. 21. I also asked her about using the parking lot on the west side next to Gunn Hwy. She did not think it would be a problem except we need to touch base with the business in the plaza like UPS, haircut store, nail salon etc. as those businesses tend to use that end of the parking lot. We can check out the sundial at the next meeting to see if it is even a good idea. Shade this time of year is a good thing.

Dale keeps telling me he can reduce the size of the pictures, I just need to remind him. We are zooming most of the time.

We are still on board to provide the coffee or juice for the meeting should that appeal to anyone.

As I first said when I became meeting notification secretary:
"The meeting announcement will be emailed, and emailed days or maybe a week in advance.
The newsletter will NOT be emailed, but can be read at any time, at a members convenience."

I have sent out meeting announcements about every week as a gentle reminder.
Someone has "requested" not to receive announcements by blocking us.
No problem. Makes managing the notification list easier.
Any member or former member can still read the newsletter at their convenience.

The Peterson Auto Museum is no joke! They house some of the rarest cars in the world. From the real hero car from Back to the Future dmc delorean, Tim Burton's Batmobile, the dark knight vehicles,the Ford GT40 that won Le Mans, a Bugatti EB110, and so much more! I hope you enjoy this insane look at a very secretive vault in the bottom of the museum. Stay awesome!

Milt Roorda set up a display next to his model T "racecar", and talked about....an antique screwdriver from Augusta Ga with a THREE DIGIT phone number, a roadside "safety kit" with reflectors, two brass carburetors, updraft and side draft, (1912 "2 screw") explained differences, and a rare "window defroster" that attached by suction cups to the glass consisting of three finely coiled 6 volt wires.

Alan Mevorah has been attending meetings for Family Fund Day on 4th Saturday
of October/26th. It will be held at the "Mansion" across from the "barn" on Lutz Lake Fern Road. Keystone members pay no admission fee and can park together in a special display area. We will arrive at 930AM before the general public arrives at 10AM. There will be food vendors of sloppy joe sandwiches and others.

Alan Mevorah collected a partial reimbursement for the hot dogs, bacon and other supplies from
the August 17 cookout.

It has been suggested that following a future meeting that we have lunch at the Chinese Restaurant on the Gunn Hwy side of Winn Dixie. What do you think? let me know please.
