Its a legend that when I am drunk i go out and drift the many mountains of Florida but I am not very aware of what i did the night before.

2) manual trans available
3) decent weight and distribution of it
4) very capable independent suspension
5) availability of replacement parts
6) large aftermarket support
7) large variety of engine swaps
stack that up against anything else with a KBB south of $2500 and see what you get.
if people weren't so self conscious in Miatas or scared of rotaries then you would see a hell of lot more hopped up MX-5s and FCs running around.

so since your buddys car is broke down all the time because he does burnouts everywhere and keeps it in high 3rd gear all around town revving the shit out of it every chance he gets makes 240s over rated.

imho 240 are nothing near over rated. the options are pretty good. auto x, drag drift and someone is crazy enuff "ralli" top that w/ the upgrades you can pull from other nissans and infini's make sit a perfect car. if on a budget.
how ever on the flip to that are the few ppl that own 240's that assume they can drift because they own one.

Trendy......YES and that parts sucks when you see 240 pepz and they think they are cool because of it. I've had my 240's for 10 years now and I've seen all sorts. I liked it better when there were three or four of us only and everyone else was messing with Honda's.
Oh, and I wish I could drift really well, but after ten years, I'm still not that good at it. I wish the little kiddies would realize that they AREN'T either!
