just thought i would pass along what i was told by one of the drift shops around here .

this applies to s chassis

for higher steering angles i was told to get r33 type-m steering rods and just use spacers in the rack so you can get a slight bit more angle for some of the higher speed drifting associated with actual tracks etc.

i know you cant go to the junkyard here and get r33 type-m steering arms but maybe somethign is similar here ?

just trying to pass a little of my co dot jp knowledge on to you guys

yeah dude, but if you want you can just buy the tein tie rod set which includes the spacers for the higher angle also

 

I would definately vote for tien tie rods... then at least you can adjust them

well i think the tiens adjust "out" more than stock ones. for " higher drift angles" according to tien

 

the stock tie rods seem to adjust into a nice "v" or "u" shape quite nicely
